CHALLENGE

Alexan Onion Creek is a rare luxury apartment community in South Austin offering the "ideal balance between form and function, privacy and pastime." Trammell Crow/Riverstone, the development firm behind Alexan Onion Creek, asked Spoonbend to develop marketing collateral and a print advertising campaign that conveys a lifestyle of convenience and first-class amenities to a youthful target audience.

RESULTS

Spoonbend created brand messaging for the Alexan Onion Creek around the idea of "Imagine Your Ideal Lifestyle." We used custom illustrations showing outlines of residents enjoying the various amenities offered by the community to support this visualization. Spoonbend chose to design a brochure of unique shape, size and construction to further emphasize this unique property.
